Kampala

Kitintale is the ghetto where I lived for the last month  and also one of the most dangerous in Kampala. Working with these kids was a real challenge but thanks to the help of @ugandaskateboardunion and all the artists who supported this wall and initiative we made it successfully.
This project was sponsored by art American organisation based in California @induzorg.
This work was featured as well as in “Create your Kampala”. This project is meant to spread awareness for clean water and clean environment to prevent chronic illness.
The ghetto has to face challenges as clean water and to dismantle tons of rubbish left inside the water. The victims of this are mostly children who will get cholera and giardiasis. This illness are very frequent in the ghetto. Spreading awareness it’s a must and a responsibility that everyone should take on.
